Summary :

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong experience in automating and managing virtual environments on VMware platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and automating non-premise infrastructure using tools like Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, and PostgreSQL, with seamless integration into Active Directory environments.

As a DevOps consultant, you will play a key role in delivery of the automated deployment solution for our Casino Management and Loyalty programs, which will be consumed by the respective development teams for creating or upgrading the development and test environments.

Job Requirements :

- Design, build, and automate a scalable non-premise VMware-based infrastructure.

- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.

- Write automation and integration scripts using Python and PowerShell.

- Configure and manage PostgreSQL databases as part of the infrastructure setup.

- Integrate VMware infrastructure with Active Directory for identity and access management.

- Create CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.

- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot virtual infrastructure environments.

- Document architecture, processes, and best practices.

Knowledge/Skills Required :

- Total Experience - 4 to 6 years

- Strong experience in DevOps and CI/CD implementation

- Proficient in Linux

- Proven experience with VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter environments.

- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.

- Strong experience of coding and script using PowerShell.

- Must have experience with Jenkins, management and extensions with other CI platforms and

tools.

- Responsible for enabling teams through automation using Jenkins pipelines.

- Experience working with PostgreSQL databases.

- Deep understanding of Active Directory integration and authentication mechanisms.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications :

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
