Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce testing, including both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should be skilled in testing various Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, etc.), understanding complex business workflows, and ensuring high-quality software delivery through robust testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce implementations.

- Perform manual and automated testing across various Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.

- Validate integration points between Salesforce and external systems.

- Participate in requirement reviews and provide inputs on testability and quality risks.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements.

- Log defects clearly, track them to closure, and ensure timely resolution.

- Drive regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.

- Ensure test data preparation, environment readiness, and documentation as part of the QA lifecycle.

- Contribute to test automation framework enhancement and maintenance (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce QA/testing with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.

- Hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, and system testing.

- Good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

- Proficiency in using testing tools like Selenium, TestNG, JIRA, ALM, etc.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce-specific testing strategies, including governor limits and validation rules.

- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, SOAP UI, or similar.

- Ability to write SOQL/SOSL queries for data validation.

- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in test automation frameworks integrated with Salesforce.

- Familiarity with tools such as Provar, Copado, or Worksoft.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.

- Domain experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or Telecom is a bonus.
