Salesforce BSA Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with over 8 years of experience to lead the analysis, design, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across key business functions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that the Salesforce platform supports business goals through scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team.
- Analyze complex business requirements, processes, and systems to recommend and implement Salesforce-based solutions.
- Drive the configuration, customization, and optimization of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives involving Salesforce integrations with ERP, marketing platforms, and other business systems.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, admins, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and new features.
- Conduct gap analyses and proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Maintain and enforce data governance, user adoption best practices, and CRM reporting standards.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Train end-users and support change management activities related to Salesforce enhancements and deployments.
Required Qualifications :
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), or other ETL tools.
- Strong knowledge of business processes in sales, marketing, customer support, and operations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specs.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder).
- Experience with CPQ, Pardot, Tableau CRM, or Salesforce Communities.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, Fintech, Healthcare, or B2B industries.
