Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, especially in dealing with real estate builders, and must possess excellent communication and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and convert them into customers

- Promote Our construction and building product offerings and educate clients about their benefits

- Conduct regular site visits to individual construction sites and builder offices

- Maintain daily records and provide regular updates to management

- Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements in sales or marketing strategies

- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to build brand awareness and connect with potential clients

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

- Distribute product samples during client visits to build rapport and interest

Mandatory Requirements:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Proven track record in closing sales

- Proficiency in Kannada (spoken)

- Must own a two-wheeler for field travel

- Willingness to attend office every Monday for weekly meetings
