ProVal Technologies - CTO/Head - Technology (19-24 yrs)

The Head of Technology / CTO is responsible for maintaining, securing, connecting and innovating technology across the organization. This role involves leveraging emerging technologies, optimizing business processes, and driving innovation to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance. The Head of Technology / CTO will collaborate with various departments, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Technology Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals.

- Lead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to optimize operations and enhance service delivery.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the company's long-term technology vision.

Security & Risk Management:

- Ensure the security and integrity of company data, infrastructure, and systems.

- Implement robust cybersecurity measures and compliance frameworks.

- Stay ahead of emerging threats and proactively address vulnerabilities.

Systems Integration & Automation:

- Oversee the integration of various tools, platforms, and software to streamline operations.

- Identify opportunities to automate workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Drive innovation in internal systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Operational Efficiency & Cross-Department Collaboration:

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Service Delivery teams to optimize their technology stack.

- Improve data-driven decision-making by implementing advanced analytics and reporting tools.

- Ensure seamless technology experiences for both employees and clients.

Customer Experience & Innovation:

- Enhance client-facing technology solutions to improve engagement and satisfaction.

- Introduce AI, machine learning, and other innovations to provide smarter, faster services.

- Partner with the leadership teamand other leaders to refine customer support, service delivery, and operational scalability.

ELIGIBILITY

- Bachelor's/master's degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in IT, digital strategy.

- Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, AI, automation, data analytics, and cybersecurity.

- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps, and digital ecosystems.
