Publicis Sapient - Conversational Designer - Generative AI (3-10 yrs)

Publicis Sapient is seeking talented Conversation Designers at various levels to design seamless conversational interactions that align with business requirements and enhance user experience. The team will work across deterministic bots, voice bots, and generative AI bots, creating natural, intuitive and effective conversational experiences.

Responsibilities :

- Design conversational flows, mapping out logic and interactions.

- Develop dialogue for deterministic and generative AI bots, ensuring brand consistency.

- Create voice scripts and define persona guidelines for voice bots.

- Work closely with technical teams, AI specialists and UX designers to refine bot responses.

- Conduct user testing and analyze feedback to enhance conversational experiences.

- Maintain structured documentation and contribute to training materials.

Skills :

- 4 to 10 years of demonstrable work experience in instructional design and technical writing.

- Experience with content writing for a chatbot or voice bot.

- Strong writing skills for dialogue scripting.

- Familiarity with UX design and conversation flow mapping tools.

- Basic understanding of AI-driven conversational interfaces.

- Conversational Flow Diagrams & Logic Documentation : Detailed mappings of how conversations progress across different bot types.

- Chatbot & Voice Bot Scripts : Structured dialogue for deterministic, voice, and generative AI bots.

- Persona & Tone of Voice Guidelines :Consistent brand voice documentation for chatbot interactions.

- Taxonomy & Content Structure Documentation : Organized classification systems for better bot comprehension and response accuracy.

- Testing & Quality Assurance Reports : Insights from user testing and iteration results.

- Training Materials : Guides for internal teams on bot management and conversation design principles.
