Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at PUNO in Jaipur. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, communication, customer service, sales, and receptionist duties on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Guest Interaction:
Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests upon arrival.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Offer personalized recommendations for dining, attractions, and local amenities.
Build rapport with guests to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Problem Resolution:
Handle guest complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
Find solutions to guest problems and ensure their satisfaction.
Escalate issues to management when necessary.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate guest records and information.
Prepare guest correspondence and reports as required.
Assist with reservations and booking inquiries.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills
Sales and Receptionist Duties experience
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to handle difficult situations with a positive attitude
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Previous experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
Timing: on weekdays : 1 PM to Till 11 PM (Till closing), On Weekends - Friday, Saturday and Sunday 2 PM to 12 PM
