Puravankara - Lead/Assistant Manager - Sourcing (5-15 yrs)

Experience Required: 5 -15 years

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Preference: Candidates residing in Western Suburbs only

- Lead sourcing strategies to identify and acquire top talent.

- You will be responsible for the distribution of projects to Channel Partners (CP) and Sourcing of potential clients for the projects.

- Develop sourcing channels, and work closely with hiring teams to fulfil staffing needs.

- Maintain MIS and monitor walk-ins and deals from CPs

- Take update from CPs on products and offerings

- Explore new avenues of CPs and broaden market

- Conduct CP meets on sites during launches and during sustenance
