Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop architectural designs, working drawings, and construction documents for residential projects using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution from conceptualization to completion.
- Prepare detailed estimates of materials required for construction based on design specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress of ongoing projects and provide necessary guidance to contractors.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex design problems while maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Requirements :
- Proficiency in Autodesk software such as AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, SketchUp; Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop; Microsoft Office applications like Word & Excel.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations applicable to India.
