- Role & responsibilities
Legal Documentation:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure all legal documents are compliant with current laws and regulations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Litigation:
- Assist in managing litigation and dispute resolution cases.
- Maintain and update corporate records and documentation.
Legal Research:
- Conduct thorough legal research on various topics as required.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and their impact on the company.
Advisory:
- Provide legal advice to various departments within the organization.
- Assist in the development of company policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
