Job Description
Hi All,
We have multiple openings at our Andheri West site for the following positions:
- Closing TL (Team Leader)
- Closing Managers
- Sourcing TL (Team Leader)
- Sourcing Managers
Experience Required: 5 15 years (Role will be offered based on your experience)
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Preference: Candidates residing in Western Suburbs only
Role Summaries:
- Closing TL & Closing Managers: Oversee and drive the closing processes, ensuring efficient and timely completion of transactions. Manage a team to meet targets and resolve any issues.
- Sourcing TL & Sourcing Managers: Lead sourcing strategies to identify and acquire top talent. Manage the recruitment process, develop sourcing channels, and work closely with hiring teams to fulfil staffing needs.
