AGM Design Architect - BKC Mumbai

We are seeking a highly skilled AGM Design Architect specializing in the execution and coordination of interior projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing finishing items and ensuring the seamless execution of design plans. This role focuses primarily on project coordination and execution rather than design conceptualization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and execution of interior projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Maintain high-quality control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that finishing items meet specified standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to select materials, finishes, and products that align with project design and budget constraints.
• Plan and manage budgets, providing insights into material costs, resource allocation, and cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and review project documentation including drawings, specifications, schedules, and reports.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and propose effective solutions to mitigate them.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience of 12+ years in executing and coordinating high-end residential or interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead when necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
