Country Head - FMCG (15-20 yrs)

We are hiring for one of our clients having a global presence, we are hiring a Country Head to lead its India operations based out of Mumbai.

Reporting To: Global CEO

Your Mission:

- Lead the end-to-end India strategy, from market entry to nationwide expansion

- Build strong partnerships across supply chain, distribution, and retail

- Drive brand visibility and consumer adoption through integrated sales & marketing efforts

- Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing team across functions and regions

- Own India P\&L, GTM strategy, budgeting, and operational targets

- Be the key link between global HQ and India - translating vision into local action

- Position the brand as a trusted and innovative name in the Indian food industry

You Bring:

- 15+ years of leadership experience in the food/FMCG industry (or adjacent consumer brands)

- Track record of scaling businesses in India, managing large teams and complex operations

- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of Indian retail and consumer behavior

- Experience in supply chain, distributor management, and brand building

- Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels

- An entrepreneurial mindset and love for building something from scratch
