Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a Sales Cloud Certification to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in Salesforce administration and consulting, with a deep understanding of Sales Cloud and its functionalities. This role requires a proactive individual who can immediately contribute to our team and manage a range of responsibilities to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Gathering :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Sales Cloud.

- Analyse and interpret data to identify business needs and propose effective Salesforce solutions.

Salesforce Configuration :

- Configure Sales Cloud features, including Sales Processes, Opportunities, Leads, Reports, and Dashboards.

- Customize Salesforce applications to align with business processes and improve user experience.

Solution Design :

- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that optimize business processes and enhance sales performance.

- Work with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

User Training and Support :

- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.

Data Management :

- Oversee data migration, data quality, and data integrity within Salesforce.

- Develop and execute data management strategies to ensure accurate and reliable information.

Project Management :

- Lead Salesforce projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.

- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification is required.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.

- Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, customization, and implementation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience in project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with Salesforce integration processes and third-party applications.
