Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in Service Portal development, Widget creation, and Custom Application development from scratch. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and UI/UX customization to build scalable and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom self-service portals from scratch with an engaging UI/UX.

- Build, customize, and optimize ServiceNow Widgets using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Design and implement Scoped Applications tailored to business needs.

- Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies.

- Implement REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and third-party integrations.

- Automate business workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.

- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of ServiceNow applications.

- Work closely with stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to understand and implement business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

- Expertise in developing custom ServiceNow Service Portals from scratch.

- Strong experience in Widget creation - AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting - Glide Script, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts.

- Hands-on experience in API-based integrations - REST, SOAP, Web Services.

- Experience in creating automated workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow security policies, best practices, and release management.
