Job Summary :
- Manage a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.).
- Design and implement integrations with third-party tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain best practices in ServiceNow development and documentation.
Required Skills :
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
- Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
- Prior experience leading a team or technical project.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
