ServiceNow ITAM Architect

Job Duration: 3 months (with potential extension based on performance and project needs)

Job location - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)

Immediate joiners or those who can join within 15 days are highly preferred

Key Requirements :

- Proven experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow ITAM implementations

- In-depth knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Lifecycle

- Solid background in solution design and technical architecture

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Business Rules

- Hands-on experience with customizations, workflows, and integrations (e.g., with SCCM, JAMF, Azure, AWS, or other third-party tools)

- Experience integrating asset data sources and ensuring data normalization

- Ability to define and enforce governance processes, policies, and best practices

- Strong experience in licensing models, software compliance, and cost optimization strategies

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist ITAM, SAM, HAM) are highly desirable bu is not required

- Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing skills

- Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams

- Experience working in Agile environments is a plus
