Position Overview:

We are looking for a ServiceNow QA Lead - ATF with 6+ years of experience to lead end-to-end ServiceNow testing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Automated Test Framework (ATF) and ServiceNow implementation from scratch. This is a full-time remote opportunity, perfect for someone who is passionate about ensuring high-quality ServiceNow deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead ServiceNow QA efforts, ensuring high-quality implementations.

- Design, develop, and execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripts.

- Define testing strategies, plans, and best practices for ServiceNow modules.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Identify and document defects, working closely with developers to resolve them.

- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices & quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow QA & Testing.

- Strong expertise in Automated Test Framework (ATF) in ServiceNow.

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation from scratch.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM is a plus.

- Proficiency in test automation tools & scripting (JavaScript, Selenium, REST API testing).

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
