Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and skilled ServiceNow ITOM Specialist (Developer / Lead / Architect) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules. Youll work across Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration, delivering integrated, scalable, and automated solutions to enhance IT operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow ITOM modules : Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.

- Design and implement system integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms/tools.

- Customize and configure ITOM modules to align with business needs, enabling process automation and visibility.

- Implement Event Management capabilities to detect and address operational issues proactively.

- Configure Discovery and Service Mapping for accurate and real-time infrastructure insights.

- Troubleshoot ITOM-related issues, continuously improving configurations and performance.

- Collaborate with ITSM, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure seamless ITOM operations.

- Build automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve response times.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions.

- Mentor and support junior developers, encouraging best practices and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.

- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script).

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform best practices.

- Solid experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

- Demonstrated success in implementing and integrating ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM.

- Experience with third-party monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds).

- Exposure to Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and automation frameworks.
