About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing ERP Sales/Business Development Lead to drive growth across domestic and international markets, including the USA, Middle East, and APAC. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in enterprise software/ERP solutions sales, building and managing pipelines, closing complex deals, and cultivating lasting client relationships.
This is a strategic role with high visibility and leadership potential, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about ERP and ITSM solutions, and wants to lead regional and global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end business development and sales lifecycle for ERP/ITSM products and services (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Freshworks, GLPI).
- Build strong client relationships with decision-makers (CXO/VP/Director level), understanding pain points and proposing tailored ERP solutions.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and outreach for ERP and niche modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, GRC, CSM, Service Portal).
- Collaborate with marketing and presales teams to execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, inbound marketing).
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs, lead solution presentations, and negotiate contract terms (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs).
- Own revenue targets and pipeline generation across international markets including USA, Middle East, and APAC.
- Work closely with ERP vendor partner managers to co-develop market strategy and industry-specific outreach.
- Attend key tradeshows, events, and online forums to build pipeline and drive brand visibility.
- Manage a high-performance team, providing guidance on sales strategies, client engagement, and CRM usage.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B ERP/ITSM sales or business development with a proven record of exceeding targets.
- Strong domain knowledge in ERP platforms like ServiceNow, JIRA, Freshworks, or similar.
- Experience with international sales and familiarity with client expectations in the USA, Middle East, and APAC.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation, outbound campaigns, CRM tools, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats: Sales Lead, Account Manager, and Presales Consultant.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup and travel occasionally, if needed.
