Head - Finance - CA (4-12 yrs)

Education Qualifications and Requirements:

1. CA or Consulting background is highly valued.

2. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

3. Should have experience working with Indian Clientele

4. Proven experience working in a FMCG (preferred), manufacturing, Consumer or pharmaceuticals industry.

5. Team management experience preferred.

6. Experience with Tally is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and execute financial strategies, policies, and plans to support the company's short- term and long-term goals.

- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.

- Monitor key financial indicators and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

- Collaborate with other departments to drive cost efficiency and optimize financial performance.

- Knowledge of Business finance, Fundraising, mergers & acquisitions & managing investor relations.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and guidelines.

- Prepare accurate financial forecasts and variance analysis reports, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.

- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying and explaining significant variances.

3. Financial Reporting and Analysis

- Develop internal and external financial statements and reports; prepare detailed financial records; and review and analyse current and future reporting needs

4. Claims Management: Oversee claims management process.

5. MIS: Develop and maintain MIS for financial reporting and analysis.
