Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Business Development Executive to join ourQL Hub team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with MSME business ownerswho have attended our business education seminars but have not yet enrolled in our businessmembership program. Your primary objective will be to understand their experience, addresstheir concerns, and encourage them to take the next step in their business growth journeythrough our membership.This role requires someone who is confident, excellent at building rapport over calls, andunderstands the mindset and challenges of small and medium-sized business ownersJob Type: Full time Location: BangaloreDepartment: QL Business HubAcademic Qualification: Any graduateReports To: QL Business Hub leadExperience Desired: 1 3 years in B2B telesales, inside sales, or business development roles (preferably in education, consulting, or services industry)Responsibilities: Reach out to MSME business owners who have shown interest by attending ourseminars but have not yet joined our business growth membership program. Understand their current business challenges and reasons for not moving forward. Build trust, clarify doubts, and communicate the value of our membership programtailored to their business needs. Maintain proper records of all interactions, feedback, and next steps. Follow a structured calling schedule and achieve weekly and monthly conversion goals. Collaborate with the Hub team to stay updated on program offerings and ensurealignment in messaging. Share insights from conversations to help improve our sales approach and memberonboarding experience.Key Skills: Strong verbal communication and listening skills Ability to build trust and rapport quickly over phone conversations Consultative sales mindset with the ability to uncover true objections Strong follow-up discipline and data management Resilience and a positive attitude towards handling rejections Inclination to learn, grow, and refine selling techniques Awareness of the typical challenges faced by MSME business owners is a plus
