HR Executive

Queens Elevator & Escalator is hiring for HR Executive and HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage HR documents such as attendance sheets, joining letters, relieving letters, and any other required communication letters.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee attendance and leave records.
• Handle the onboarding process for new employees, including the preparation of all necessary documentation and coordination with relevant teams.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of relieving letters and other exit-related formalities for outgoing employees.
• Manage employee records, ensuring that all data is updated and securely maintained.
• Assist in employee communications and ensure that all HR-related information is effectively shared across the organization.
• Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Assist with additional HR and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2-7 work experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred.
