- Oversee the development and delivery of training programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of training initiatives, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Curriculum Owner or similar role, preferably on a global scale.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
- Familiarity with the Energy industry is a plus.
