Business Head - Cyber Security Practice - System Integrator
Position Overview: The Cybersecurity Services Business Head is responsible for driving the growth and adoption of Company's comprehensive cybersecurity Services, which delivers cutting-edge security services tailored to the needs of modern enterprises. This role requires a strategic business professional with deep cybersecurity knowledge, the ability to understand complex client needs, and a talent for articulating the value of an integrated, multi-layered Cyber Security Services
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy to drive the adoption of Company's cybersecurity services across target markets and customer segments. Own the P&L for the business.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and industries for Services adoption, establishing a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Build and execute strategic account plans to expand the footprint of the cybersecurity Services with both new and existing customers.
- Keep detailed focus on financial growth that is strongly driven by bottom line %
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to customers, helping them understand how our Services can address their specific security needs, compliance requirements, and operational goals.
- Conduct in-depth customer needs analysis and customize Services demos to align with their unique cybersecurity requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction through effective communication, support, and follow-ups.
Technical Expertise & Services Positioning:
- Become a subject matter expert on the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the cybersecurity Services.
- Conduct compelling demonstrations and presentations that convey the Services's value, differentiation, and ability to solve complex security challenges.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to refine Services messaging, sales collateral, and solution positioning to align with market trends and customer needs.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed about cybersecurity industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging threats to effectively position the Services and identify new opportunities.
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to strategically position the Services's unique selling points and develop counter-arguments to competitive offerings.
- Provide insights from customer and market interactions to inform product development, feature enhancements, and marketing strategies.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, cybersecurity consultants, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from initial engagement through deployment.
- Partner with customer success and support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for additional Services adoption.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and events to generate demand for the Services.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in technology sales and presales, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, SaaS Services, or managed security services.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex technology solutions, particularly cybersecurity Services, to enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strategic customer relationships.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and threat landscapes is preferred.
- Should have experience in scaling the services business in cyber security services to the level of at least INR 40 crores.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, including threat detection, incident response, endpoint security, and compliance management.
- Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
- Self-driven with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Impact of the Role:
The Cybersecurity Services Sales Head will be instrumental in positioning 22/7 solutions the Company Services as the preferred for enterprise cybersecurity needs. Success in this role means not only achieving revenue targets but also establishing Company Services as a trusted, comprehensive, and future-proof services that empowers organizations to face today's complex threat landscape with confidence.
