Lead DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure (3-4 yrs)

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer / DevOps Lead to play a key role in strategizing cloud roadmaps, automating infrastructure, and enhancing service delivery.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise and leadership capabilities to drive automation and manage cloud infrastructure efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Cloud Infrastructure & Automation :

- Conduct cloud assessments and migration, particularly on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Elastic Cache, Kafka/Kinesis, Lambda).

- Implement and manage App Containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS EKS.

- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or equivalent tools.

Configuration & Performance Management :

- Automate infrastructure using Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or Terraform.

- Monitor system performance with APM tools like New Relic, Datadog, or equivalent log management tools.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead and drive enterprise-level automation initiatives.

- Manage projects within timeline, cost, and quality constraints.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across service lines, platform managers, and external suppliers.

Skills & Qualifications Required :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud automation, and CI/CD implementation.

- 3+ years of experience in DevOps automation, cloud strategy, and team leadership.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, or equivalent).

- Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef).

- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Datadog, New Relic, ELK, Prometheus).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize cloud performance.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
