- Handle incoming customer queries via calls and chats.
- Provide Accurate and timely information.
- Record and document customer interactions efficiently.
- Coordination with internal departments if required to resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.

- under-graduate/graduate both can apply.
- minimum 6 months experience/freshers can also apply.
