Rain Carbon - Manager/AGM - Cement Grinding - Manufacturing Process (8-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure critical spares for the Roller Press and grinding equipment are available and properly stocked for preventive and corrective maintenance

Procurement and Material Follow-up:

- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) for required materials and spare parts

- Coordinate and follow up with the purchasing department to ensure the timely delivery of Roller Press components and other materials to avoid operational delays

Project Identification and Execution:

- Identify and execute de-bottlenecking projects in the cement grinding section, with particular emphasis on optimizing Roller Press operations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve throughput and reduce downtime related to Roller Press and cement grinding operations

Circuit Inspection and Troubleshooting:

- Perform routine inspections from the clinker tank to the cement silo top, focusing on the Roller Press system

Conduct Why-Why analysis to identify the root cause of mechanical failures or performance issues within the Roller Press and grinding circuit and implement corrective actions

Fly ash System Maintenance:

- Plan and oversee the maintenance of the fly ash handling system, ensuring its integration with the cement grinding and Roller Press operations

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Ability to manage large teams and coordinate with various departments (purchase, production, etc. )

- Proficient in conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions, especially in relation to Roller Press equipment

- Excellent project management skills for executing improvement projects

- Strong communication and leadership skills to drive performance and efficiency

- Knowledge of safety and environmental standards within a heavy industrial setting

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience in managing maintenance activities, including shutdowns and large-scale projects related to cement grinding and Roller Press systems

- Familiarity with SAP or other maintenance management systems is a plus
