Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC (8-10 yrs)

Position : Senior Salesforce Practice Lead.

Experience Required : Minimum 8 years in Salesforce development, project ownership, and Ideally, in establishing or scaling Salesforce practices.

Role Overview :

We seek a driven, experienced, and hands-on Senior Salesforce Professional who will execute and oversee projects and play a crucial role in establishing our Salesforce practice from the ground up.

The ideal candidate should have a strategic vision, a customer-focused mindset, and the technical prowess to drive high-quality Salesforce solutions.

This role demands someone with a mix of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the entrepreneurial spirit to build and expand the Salesforce practice.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and integration tools (APIs).

- Hands-on experience in implementing multi-cloud solutions on the Salesforce platform.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Leadership and Business Development Skills :

- Prior experience in establishing or scaling a Salesforce practice is highly desirable.

- Strong business acumen, with an understanding of how to position Salesforce solutions to meet client business goals.

- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, managing expectations, and building long-term relationships.

Project Management :

- Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources.

- Ability to assess project risks, solve complex problems, and ensure a high standard of delivery.
