Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key enterprise accounts, driving the adoption of our digital solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A strong understanding of digital technologies, particularly IT infrastructure, and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with senior-level executives are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their digital solutions needs.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients. Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our footprint in the IT infrastructure and digital solutions space.
- Solution Presentation: Understand client requirements and present tailored digital solutions, including IT infrastructure, that address their business challenges. Provide demonstrations, presentations, and proposals as needed.
- Customer Success: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by managing account performance, addressing issues promptly, and providing ongoing support. Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and service excellence.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies related to IT infrastructure. Provide insights and recommendations to clients on how they can leverage digital solutions and IT infrastructure to gain a competitive advantage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts, to develop and deliver effective solutions and campaigns. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to meet client needs and project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales roles within the IT or digital solutions industry, with a proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and experience in IT infrastructure sales.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital technologies, including IT infrastructure, cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
