Roles & Responsibility:

1. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to assess the financial implications of strategic decisions, including acquisitions, capital investments.

2. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within the company's financial performance.

3. Financial Forecasting: Prepare accurate financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning and decision-making.

4. CMA projections: Develop and manage projections.

5. Cost Management: Implement cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance profitability by reducing the group interest burden.

6. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks, such as credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.

7. Lender Relations: Prepare and present financial information to lenders, analysts, and other stakeholders.

8. Capital Allocation: Evaluate and recommend capital allocation decisions to maximize returns and support business growth.

9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, sanctions terms compliance, and internal controls.
