Job Summary:

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of experience to lead our finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective audit management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead finance team and ensure timely closure of monthly accounts.

- Prepare MIS reports and finalize standalone & consolidated financials (Ind AS).

- Manage statutory, internal, tax, and transfer pricing audits.

- Ensure accurate tax computations, ITR filings, and respond to assessments/notices.

- Coordinate for RPTs, balance confirmations, and loan documentation.

- Handle company secretarial filings: XBRL, ROC, board/AGM documentation.

- Monitor overheads, capex, and asset verification.

- Manage compliance filings (APR, FLA, LEI, etc.).

Requirements:

- CA with 7+ years experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards & tax laws.

- Proficient in Tally ERP, Excel, and MIS reporting.

- Excellent team management, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience in a mid to large-size corporate environment.

- Hands-on experience in managing audits and regulatory filings.

- Exposure to consolidated financials and loan syndication documentation is a plus.
