Team Member Corporate Strategy/Financial Modelling

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial

a. Assisting in preparation of Annual Operating plan, policies / systems / processes for the Business Units of generation business, coal mines and gas plants with prime focus on system orientation, quality and cost effectiveness and performance enhancement.

b. Analysis and evaluation by providing actionable suggestions for responding to new threats plus opportunities rising in marketplace and suggest means of optimization.

c. Ensure to scan new opportunities related to acquisitions, alliances and mergers.

d. Ensure to calculate internal as well as target company valuations.

e. Financial Modeling

2. Operational

a. Provide actionable suggestions for responding to new threats plus opportunities rising in marketplace

b. Provide oversight of continuing corporate initiatives every month.

c. Analyze strategic rationale for all strategic business development opportunities.

d. Suggest strategic business development initiatives and priorities.

e. Prepare companys growth strategies.

f. Develop business plans for new ventures.

g. Analyzing the merger acquisition opportunities and improving the performance, policies & its impacts.

3. Customer

a. Liaison with Business team, Operational team, Legal team, Consultants, Advisor, Financial Institutes, etc.

4. People

a. Maintain a high performance culture through effective training and coaching in line with Organizational values and ethics

b. Ensure continuous skill up-gradation
