Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. As a Recruiter at Metro Cash & Carry, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the best talent is hired. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in recruitment and will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process to meet our organizational goals.

(This is an off-roll position. You will be on third party payroll, Salary: 25,000 take home per month)

Qualifications and Skills

• Sourcing: Experience in identifying and attracting top talent through various sourcing channels.
• Networking: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships within the industry.
• Talent Acquisition: Understands the full recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition best practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
• ATS: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems for managing recruitment processes efficiently is an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.).
• Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience, including prompt communication and feedback.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and reports for metrics.
