CRM Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Customer Interaction:
  
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive resolution.

Product Delivery:

• Oversee the product delivery process to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to address any delivery issues or delays.
• Ensure that product returns and exchanges are handled smoothly and in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding delivery status and address any concerns that arise.

• Store Visual Merchandising:
  
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to maintain high standards of visual presentation in-store.
• Ensure that store displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies in driving sales and customer engagement.
• Implement and oversee seasonal and thematic visual merchandising updates.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM, customer service, or retail management with a focus on complaint resolution, product delivery, and visual merchandising.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for visual presentation and experience in merchandising.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
