Senior Manager - Client Servicing

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding account opening and PMS operations.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Account Opening and Maintenance:

- Oversee the complete account opening process, including documentation collection, compliance checks, and system entries.

- Ensure all client accounts are set up accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

- Monitor and update client accounts as needed to reflect changes in client information or investment preferences.

Operational Efficiency:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of PMS operations and account management.

- Conduct regular audits of account opening procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

- Manage and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present reports on client account status, operational metrics, and service performance to senior management.

- Analyze client feedback and service metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in client servicing, preferably within the financial services or investment management industry.

- Strong understanding of PMS operations, account opening procedures, and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
