Salesforce Developer - Aura Framework (3-6 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience in Apex development, Lightning components, integrations, and customizations to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).

- Customize and configure Salesforce to align with business requirements.

- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and third-party APIs.

- Develop automation processes using Workflows, Process Builder, and Flows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce environment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.

- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, releases, and new functionalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.

- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), SOQL, and SOSL.

- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools.

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.

- Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications are a plus.

-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments.

- Knowledge of Salesforce DX and Version Control (Git, Bitbucket, etc.).

- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
