About the role

70% HR Operations (Core Focus)

• Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction for new hires
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems
• Handle employee queries, grievance redressal, and general support
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)
• Coordinate performance review cycles and confirmation processes
• Support exit formalities including full and final settlements

20% Recruitment (IT & Non-IT)

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
• Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with departments for final selection
• Manage offer rollouts and candidate onboarding logistics

10% – Administrative Support

• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, ID cards, and facility needs
• Manage employee engagement logistics and office event coordination
• Maintain records for asset allocation and retrieval
