Senior PHP Developer - CodeIgniter (5-8 yrs)

Position : PHP Expert.

Location : Bangalore.

Exp : 5 to 8 yrs of experience.

Skillsets :

- Expertise on PHP with 5-6 years of experience.

- Able to use frameworks like Codeigniter, Katalon for development and test automation activities.

- Skilled in developing backend APIs with MySQL or similar database.

- Good to have knowledge on using test automation framework like Katalon, write scripts using Java with Groovy.

- Good to have knowledge or Azure DevOps or any other pipeline, tools like git etc.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust PHP applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.

- Leverage PHP frameworks like CodeIgniter to optimize development processes.

- Develop and maintain backend APIs to power frontend applications.

- Utilize MySQL or similar databases to manage and retrieve data efficiently.

- Implement test automation strategies using frameworks like Katalon.

- Write and execute test scripts using Java and Groovy.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and testing processes.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain applications on Azure DevOps or similar platforms.

- Utilize version control systems like Git to manage code changes effectively.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong proficiency in PHP programming language and object-oriented programming principles.

- Experience with PHP frameworks, particularly CodeIgniter.

- Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL, especially MySQL.

- Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.

- Experience with test automation frameworks like Katalon.

- Familiarity with Java and Groovy scripting languages.

- Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Azure DevOps and Git.
