Program Manager - Consulting - HR/OD/Talent Management/Learning & Development Domain (11-18 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. To lead and deliver client engagements and projects by leveraging on Right's expertise to design and deliver solutions for clients in a timely and qualitative manner, understanding stated and unstated client expectations and ensuring quality of output. To monitor and optimize project profitability through proper project planning, optimum utilization of resources and periodic project reviews

2. To groom and develop team members in terms of consulting practices as well as towards personal growth.

3. To ensure adherence to internal process compliances and supporting with the enhancement of existing products and services.
