Support Analyst - ERP Systems (4-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Provide L1 and L2 support for ERP systems like SAP or Oracle Apps.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application functionality and performance.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.

- Conduct data analysis and collation to identify trends and potential issues.

- Utilize support tools like SQL Developer and Putty to diagnose and resolve problems.

- Work closely with end-users to understand their requirements and provide timely assistance.

- Document support procedures and knowledge base articles.

- Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications :

- 4-8 years of experience in application support, preferably in the SCM, Logistics, or Warehouse Management domain.

- Strong understanding of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle Apps.

- Experience with WMS products like Red Prairie, Manhattan, or SAP EWM.

- Proficiency in SQL and database querying.

- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with manual test planning and execution.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl).

- Experience with ITIL frameworks.
