The team comprises of highly accomplished professionals (Chartered Accountants) with significant experience and knowledge (Founding team has more than 12 years of experience) in the area of accounting, advisory and auditing, primarily with big four firm (KPMG) in India.

Our team has experience in Initial Public Offer (IPO) related assistance, preparation/ implementation of US GAAP/IFRS/IndAS financials, Internal financial controls process mappings, diligence, internal controls, audit support, accounting and payroll processing assistance, start up assistance, etc.

We are assisting clients across various sectors like Healthcare, Information Technology, E- commerce, Real Estate, Retail, Manufacturing, etc. with a team of qualified chartered accountants and other qualified professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handling Statutory audit of Listed and Private limited companies along with the Compliance of accounting standards, Company law provisions and other statutory compliance and lead the engagement as the in charge from different sector.

- Handling of the routine audit functions & proper maintenance of accounting records.

- Preparation of key deliverables like audit report, CARO report, IFC report and conducting variance analysis by performing overall analytical review.

- Should have exposure in preparation and finalization of accounts of the Company, Firm, Individual and Charitable Trust

- Should Have explicit and in depth knowledge in GST and Income Tax.

- Close interaction with the client and internal teams (direct and indirect tax , audit, accounting) to discuss key audit procedures and conclusions.

- Getting the financials cleared and reviewing the work of Junior Subordinates.

- Team building training subordinates and assigning to clients, ensure deliverables accuracy, and maintain task completion time efficiency.

- Responsible for delegating and guiding and coaching work to the team personnel.

- Involvement in planning of audit approach including risk assessments, scoping and materiality related to statutory audit for clients following Ind AS or AS.

- Conducted the audit of Internal Financial Control and Test of Controls and made appropriate recommendations to the management.
