Job Description
Manpower needs analysis and support in meeting the requirements
Initiatives/ implementation of sound IR practices and for improving employee performance and satisfaction
Integration and standardization of IR systems and processes
Identify core competencies & skills critical to business and frame policies for key talent identification, development and retention
Exercise Good Control over manpower
Ensure workers discipline on shop floor
Experience in Manufacturing Industry
MBA in HR. Sound knowledge of IR practices and Legal framework.
Responsibilities
- Should be able to operate all conventional machines
- Good knowledge of mould assembly, new mould manufacturing, mould
maintenance. - Well aware of all the materials used in mould manufacturing.
- Should have knowledge of 2D drawing
- Responsible for die making as per requirement
- 5-7 Years Experience
