Role & responsibilities

Position Summary: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning & coordination with investors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and other financial reports for management review.
• Ensure timely submission of financial data and reports to external stakeholders as per requirement.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and financial insights.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Provide support in financial modeling and scenario analysis.

• Investor/Partner Co-ordination:
• Assist in co-ordination with Financial Investors / Partners.
• Support in preparation of relevant financial data for new projects, feasibility assessment, loan applications, partner agreements etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Master's degree in Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
