Job Description
- Good experience in LMS Required like WORKDAY OR MOODLE
- TTT certified
- Second preference - L& D certified or LMS Certified
- Should have extensive exp training GLOBAL TEAMS
- 4+ years of experience in Training and/or L&D, delivering global programs at scale
- Ability to empathize with learners and their needs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Subtitling, Dubbing, Scripting, Audio Description and Audio workflows, best practices and industry standards a plus
-Creating Training programs, materials, and delivering Training to audiences of varying sizes
- Handles LMS admin and enrollments
- Ensures timely completion of learning through reporting progress to managers and leaders for any learning initiative that requires the training team to manage
- Identifies areas of opportunity for WalkMe for Digital Adoption Specialist
