Manager - Mech. Maintenance

This role is responsible for ensuring that the facilities, layout and machinery used to produce new and existing materials and goods run to their maximum efficiency and output. This includes total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical.

• Preparation, up-gradation , implementation &effective monitoring as well as  control on scheduled preventive maintenance work of mechanical department
• Improve the productivity by better maintenance practices and proper selection of equipment & better MOC. Of equipment
• Improve the documentation work including documentation required for ISO
• Find out the root cause of failure of equipment and necessary action
• Work Exhibition of inspection as per statutory norm fulfillment or statutory requirement for maintenance dept
• Developmental work for improvements in Maintenance/Assets life
• Monitoring & co-ordination on daily activities, work distribution & follow-up of department routine activities
• Responsible for ensuring OH, Environment, Energy Mgt. & SMS related aspects in the section. Take ownership in case of any emergency / disaster as per the Emergency Preparedness Plan / Disaster Mgt. Plan
