SAEL - Finance Manager - CA/CMA (6-8 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

- Managing and overlooking complete independently project accounting and helping to operational account.

- Handling Statutory Audit, Statutory Compliance TDS, Customs, Income Tax, GST Compliance.

- Liaison with Banking Authorities, Auditors, tax other consultants.

- Prepare of Month wise cash flow & budget.

- Bills checking with tenders / work orders / Purchase orders.

- Proceed payments including foreign remittances.

- Disbursement from Term Loan.

- Reconciliation of Various accounts, Ledger scrutiny.

- Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management.

- Verification of assets and making Fixed Assets Register (FAR).

- Close out project accounts upon project completion.

- Prepared and filed monthly GST returns, TDS returns, and Salary processing works.

- Checking and process various payments to vendors and sub-contractors considering tax aspects and purchase/work order conditions.

- On Closing of Books of accounts, Coordination with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors.

- Ensuring proper compliances are done for -GST, TDS.

- Preparations of MIS Reports as well as Cash Flow Statement & Stock Statement on Monthly Basis.

- Quarterly/Yearly inter unit reconciliation as well as Customer & Vendor Reconciliation.

- Management of Bank guarantees, Management of LC.

- Issuance of LCs, BGs and Buyer's Credit & processing of subsequent amendments & bill payments.

- Analysis & Data Preparation & presentation of various information as per management requirement.

- Monthly Closure of Books in SAP.

- Monthly Report - P&L , Capex , Cash Flow Projection , Debtors/Creditors outstanding.

Qualifications: CA (having 2-3 years of experience)/CA Inter (having 5-8 years of experience)/CMA.

Experience :6-8 years.

- SAP experience must.

- Good in Excel.
