Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

1. Design marketing materials such as flyers, posters, brochures, and banners to support various promotional and brand initiatives.

2. Create packaging designs for all product lines, including detailed labeling and preparation of print-ready artwork.

3. Develop engaging social media graphics and content templates tailored for different platforms to maintain a strong online presence.

4. Design emailers and mail creatives that align with campaign goals and enhance customer engagement.

5. Produce ad creatives (both static and animated) for use across digital channels and offline advertising campaigns.

6. Design internal collateral such as brochures, product catalogs, pitch decks, and corporate documents.

7. Support internal teams by delivering high-quality visual assets for presentations, reports, or departmental initiatives.

8. Contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and assist in the execution of visual strategies.

9. Coordinate with printers and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely production of printed materials.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of Hands-on design experience, preferably in branding-heavy roles
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across print and digital media & Excellent eye for detail, layout, color theory, and typography
• Proficiency in Creative Software Application like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
