Job Description
- Responsible for day to day execution of the entrusted works as per the scheduled plan.
- Study and Understand the drawings & scope of work
- Derive quantities of Concrete and Steel (BBS) from the drawing
- Maintain Proper documentation related works and Daily report to Project manager and Planning section regarding progress of the work.
- Preparation of Sub Contractor and PRW bills
- Optimum utilization of machinery & manpower.
- Ensure compliance of Quality and safety standards.
- Plan Materials & Machinery requirement based on scheduled programme.
- Assist section incharge for reconciliation of materials periodically.
