Responsibilities:
1) Handle end-to-end sales cycle from Opportunity generation to Prospect Engagement, Prospect Meetings, and closing the deal.
2) Be willing and able to work US hours to ensure timely engagement with US clients.
3) Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to create and execute a strategic plan for pipeline generation that aligns with the company's overall growth strategy.
4) Collaborate closely with other teams in the organisation for Proof of Concepts and to fast-track closing deals
5) Work as a part of Sales Leadership & contribute towards planning & building capacity towards monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales targets
6) Conduct market research and stay informed about US industry trends and competitors to tailor pitches and objection handling.
Qualifications:
1) 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive for the US market, working with Small and Medium Brands and closing deals
2) Intellectual curiosity - you are tech-savy, love to ask questions and are genuinely interested in learning what a client's needs are.
3) Organized - you are well versed with the usage of CRM like HubSpot and are adept with the latest trends in the sales and marketing industry
4) Passionate - you are excited about technology, software, and how it helps businesses succeed.
5) Product minded - you have an understanding of product development and an intuition for what makes a great product.
6) Closer - you know how to seal the deal and get people over the finish line.
